Why should I schedule a consultation?

In today’s competitive market, if you are serious and motivated to buy, you have to be well prepared. Being well-prepared allows for you to avoid the frustrations of writing a handful of offers, spending countless weekends viewing properties, only to get passed up each and every time. The purpose of the consultation is to allow Bill and Emily to meet you, learn more about you, your timeline, your needs and wants and how to best work together to help you reach your home buying goals.

How long do they take?

A standard buyer consultation usually takes 45 minutes – an hour.

What if I don’t live in the Chicagoland area?

All good! We have referral partners across the country we would be happy to set you up with. To schedule a shorter conversation with us, schedule a call by clicking on the Quick Chat w/ Bill & Emily option.

What will the consultation consist of?

We will take this time to review your loan application, give you down payment and loan type options that best fit your needs, but also to allow Bill & Emily to meet you, learn more about you, your timeline, your needs and wants and how we can all work together to help you reach your home buying goals. It’s basically a deeper dive into your personal situation and crucial in order to help you get prepared for the home buying process and to set you up for success.

Will I be able to talk with Bill and Emily or do I get handed off to someone on their team?

Yes – you will be meeting directly with Bill AND Emily. You will not get handed off to someone else on their team.
